Olle Ravhed has just launched a Kickstarter campaign for the second episode of his online puzzle adventure game series, TreasureQuesting. The browser-based experiences will find you embarking on treasure-seeking quests spanning different locations. Solve puzzles, travel the globe and listen as the story unfolds through wonderful audio visuals.
“TreasureQuesting: Mystery of the Amazon is an interactive browser-based puzzle game that lets you and your friends step into a thrilling story driven jungle adventure — right from your home. Explore the Amazon through detailed maps, solve clever puzzles and minigames, and unlock new locations as you progress.
Whether solo or with a group, we recommend playing together with 2–5 people for the best experience. It’s a perfect mix of collaboration, brain-teasing fun, and exploration.”
The first episode, Finding Atlantis, is currently available to purchase on the TreasureQuesting website. There is also a free trial so you can get a flavour of what’s on offer without spending a penny! Use of AI: As AI is a contentious subject at the moment, I wanted to clarify the use of AI in this project. Olle has confirmed that AI has been used to generate placeholder images for the free trial, but has promised that the “full adventures will not include any AI-generated images, voice, animation, or sound.”
